Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire Salary: £52,000 Shift Pattern: Rotating Days & Nights (6-Week Pattern) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Opportunity We're recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a busy manufacturing operation in Kettering.

This is a hands-on role focused on fault finding, breakdown response, planned maintenance and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with production teams to maximise machine uptime, improve reliability and help drive engineering standards across the site.
