This is an excellent opportunity for a time-served engineer looking to develop their technical expertise and build a long-term career within a growing manufacturing business. You will be responsible for mechanical fault-finding, breakdown response, planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities across a range of industrial manufacturing machinery and equipment.
The role will involve repairs, installation and commissioning, as well as supporting continuous improvement and minimising production downtime. Sector - Industrial ManufacturingNon-Negotiable Requirements of the Mechanical Maintenance EngineerMechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory. Essential requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance EngineerStrong mechanical fault-finding skills. Mechanical engineering qualification or time-served engineering background.
Experience working within a manufacturing environment. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Desirable Requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance EngineerExperience working within the UK manufacturing sector.
Experience working with automated machinery, CNC equipment or robotics. Experience with PPM, TPM and condition-monitoring activities. The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will benefit from: Employment with a stable and well-established organisation.
