It will suit a technically strong supervisor who enjoys being on the tools while also leading teams and building client relationships. You will play a key role in delivering maintenance across a portfolio of government sites, ensuring high standards, compliance, and client satisfaction at all times.
Essential Requirements Mechanical Engineering background (essential) Proven experience in commercial mechanical maintenance Strong experience working with: Steam boilers and steam systems Steam traps Calorifiers Plate heat exchangers Plant rooms and associated pipework Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role Strong client-facing and communication skills Good understanding of health
