Mechanical Project Manager

A well-established, family-run Mechanical & Electrical contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their delivery team. The business delivers commercial and industrial building services projects across the Midlands, working on a mix of refurbishments and new-build schemes, with project values typically ranging from £500k to £5m.

The Role

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical packages from pre-start through to final handover, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include

Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction to completion Planning programmes, labour, and procurement Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Managing cost control, variations, and progress reporting Ensuring compliance with H&S, quality, and technical standards Attending client and site meetings and managing key stakeholders Supporting commissioning, snagging, and handover

Requirements
