Due to a strong project pipeline, they are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the business. About the RoleYou will take responsibility for the delivery of mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion, coordinating programme, procurement, labour, commercial performance and client communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical projects from mobilisation through to handoverPlan labour, procurement and subcontractor requirementsMonitor programme, progress, cost and qualityReview mechanical drawings, specifications and technical submissionsLead project, coordination and client meetingsManage technical queries, variations and design changesCoordinate testing, commissioning and handoverMaintain accurate project reporting and documentationEnsure compliance with health and safety and quality standardsSkills and ExperiencePrevious mechanical project management experienceStrong knowledge of HVAC, pipework and mechanical building servicesAbility to manage programmes, subcontractors and project documentationCommercial awareness and experience managing changeStrong client-facing and leadership skillsAbility to deliver multiple priorities to deadlineBenefitsPermanent position with an established M&E contractorResponsibility for projects from pre-construction to handoverStrong pipeline of mechanical building services workOpportunity to work with experienced commercial and design teamsLong-term career progression
