About the Role You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical projects, coordinating design, procurement, installation, programme, commercial matters and handover.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical projects from mobilisation through to completionCoordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and procurementMonitor project programme, progress, cost and qualityReview mechanical drawings and technical informationLead progress, client and coordination meetingsManage technical queries, variations and project risksCoordinate testing, commissioning and handoverMaintain accurate reports and project recordsEnsure high health and safety and quality standardsSkills and ExperienceMechanical project management experienceStrong knowledge of HVAC, pipework and building services installationsAbility to manage programmes and subcontractorsCommercial awareness and experience managing changeStrong leadership and client communicationAbility to solve technical and delivery issuesBenefitsPermanent role with an established M&E contractorStrong pipeline of regional mechanical projectsProject responsibility from pre-construction to handoverSupport from experienced design and commercial teamsLong-term career progression
