We are currently looking for a Mechanical Site Engineer to join our Energy team in MRES-ET business unit. Your role will encompass: Supervise mechanical subcontractors during installation of mounting structures, trackers, steel posts, torque tubes, and structural componentsVerify assembly quality, torqueing, levelling, alignment, tolerances, and corrosion protection complianceCoordinate subcontractors and manpower allocation to ensure efficient project executionReview and interpret mechanical drawings, installation manuals, specifications, and technical documentationSupport mechanical inspections, QA/QC activities, and compliance with ITPs and company quality standardsMonitor installation progress, installed quantities, productivity rates, and report delays or material shortagesCoordinate mechanical interfaces with civil and electrical teams, including trenching and DC cabling activitiesVerify correct use of tools, torque equipment, and installation procedures on siteMaintain records of mechanical issues, corrective actions, and project progress reportingEnsure compliance with HSE standards, PPE requirements, toolbox talks, snagging activities, final alignment checks, and safe systems of work. the role

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil, or a related engineering discipline2+ years of experience supervising and coordinating mechanical and structural installation works within construction and renewable energy projectsExperience in subcontractor management and site execution supportStrong knowledge of mounting structures, tracker systems, steel posts, torque tubes, and associated structural componentsExperience with torqueing, alignment, tolerances, and mechanical installation quality standardsFamiliarity with QA/QC inspections, site documentation, and project compliance proceduresAbility to interpret technical drawings, installation manuals, specifications, and construction documentationExperience coordinating mechanical activities with civil and electrical teams in fast-paced site environmentsStrong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills under site pressureDetail-oriented with a proactive approach and strong commitment to quality, safety, RAMS, and project deliveryShare the same Value Based Behaviors: People & Personal growth Results orientation & Safety excellence Collaboration & Trust Empathy & Effective communication Flexibility & Adaptability Your
