Key Responsibilities:Leading operational teams within a defined catchment area to ensure end-to-end management of all worksConducting site inspections and coordinating crews from the depotManaging fleet issues and evaluating employee performanceMaintaining positive relationships with clients and addressing any concerns or requests promptlyCollaborating with senior management, planning, and scheduling teams for effective resource allocationEnsuring that all work adheres to the standards, policies, and proceduresProducing method statements and procedures, understanding specifications, and keeping records of completed workJob Requirements:Experience of Site Management within the Water IndustryA full UK driving licensePrevious managerial experienceA proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on resultsIf you are an experienced Site Manager looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.
