We are now looking for an experienced Media & Content Manager to take full ownership of our content strategy and execution across all platforms.
This is a senior position for someone commercially minded, strategic and capable of operating at a high level. What You'll Do Lead and oversee all content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn Own the content calendar and maintain consistent premium brand positioning Drive qualified lead generation through organic content, with a clear objective of reducing reliance on paid media Manage videographers, editors and the full production workflow Oversee and manage external agencies (Meta, Google, SEO), holding them accountable to performance and ROI Plan and execute lead magnets, email lists and nurture sequences Monitor performance data and refine strategy based on commercial outcomes Ensure all public-facing content reflects the senior, premium level of the business What We're Looking For Proven experience in content-led growth and qualified lead generation Strong understanding of premium, high-end or design-led brands Commercially aware with lead-based thinking.
