MEP Specialist Quantity Surveyor | North West London | 4-Day WeekLooking to step into a high-impact role on a major infrastructure project? We're seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on complex MEP packages within a secure, technically challenging environment.

What you'll be doing
Leading commercial management from pre-construction through to final account Managing procurement, tendering, and subcontractor selection Overseeing valuations, variations, and cost reporting Driving cost efficiency and value engineering Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholdersWhat we're looking for: Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or similar) Experience delivering MEP packages Proficient in CostX and Excel Solid understanding of NEC, JCT, or similar contracts This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally operating business that can offer genuine career development.
