Up to 75000 per annumSlough, England Permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP)ð Slough, Berkshire | Permanent An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join a major construction and engineering business delivering some of the UK's most complex building and infrastructure projects.

This role sits within a specialist Building Services commercial team and offers exposure to large-scale MEP packages across commercial, mission critical, and technically challenging construction projects. The RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in protecting and enhancing the commercial interests of the business while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of significant MEP packages and supporting successful project delivery from procurement through to final account. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and manage MEP contracts throughout the project lifecycleEnsure contractual obligations and responsibilities are effectively managedMonitor contract notices, terms, conditions, and entitlementsManage applications, valuations, payments, and variationsLead change management and variation recovery processesSupport dispute avoidance and resolution activitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsManage commercial risk and maximise project profitabilityMonitor subcontractor performance and commercial complianceSupport the delivery of projects in line with quality, safety, and financial objectivesRequirementsThe successful candidate will have: Previous experience leading MEP commercial activities on major construction projectsExperience managing multiple subcontract packages valued at 5M-10M+Strong knowledge of commercial and contract lawExperience working under Design & Build contractsAbility to manage client expectations and commercial negotiationsDegree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related commercial disciplineRelevant CSCS CardSMSTS certificationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWhat's on Offer?
