An innovative Edinburgh-based start-up developing next-generation metasurface technologies is seeking a Metasurface Design Engineer to join its growing team. Key
requirements
Proven experience in the design and optimisation of metasurface devices for advanced optical applications. Strong expertise in FDTD electromagnetic simulation (e.g. Lumerical or equivalent). Understanding of micro/nanofabrication processes and process engineering, with the ability to translate designs into manufacturable devices.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams spanning design, fabrication, and characterisation. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in developing novel optical technologies within a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
