We have opportunities available on Nights working a 12-hour shift pattern. Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing As an Operational Trainer, you'll play a vital role in developing our people and ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and confidence to work safely and effectively.
You'll: Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based training Lead inductions for new starters and agency colleagues Train, assess and re-certify colleagues on MHE equipment Support compliance with health and safety standards across the site Maintain accurate training records and certification data Work closely with Operational, HR and Health
