Overview
In this role you lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform delivery for large enterprise clients from the MBG UK. You will design D365 solutions, govern architecture, and drive multi-team delivery across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models while engaging senior stakeholders. You’ll shape proposals, enable AI Copilot adoption, and ensure delivery excellence in complex transformation programmes. This is a senior, people-leadership position that blends technical depth with commercial acumen to deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end D365 solutions aligned to business strategy
- Lead architecture across D365 apps (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Supply Chain)
- Define integration, data migration, security, and extensibility strategies
- Leverage Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure and integration services for modern solutions
- ProvideTechnical leadership across implementation and transformation programmes
- Conduct architecture reviews and enforce Microsoft and enterprise best practices
- Lead and mentor technical teams and collaborate with functional consultants
- Engage with senior client stakeholders and support solution shaping, pre-sales and proposals
Key requirements
- Experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform or D365 programmes for enterprise clients
- Proven track record managing complex multi-workstream programmes
- Strong Agile and waterfall/hybrid delivery experience
- Experience leading distributed delivery teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore)
- Formal project/programme management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or MSP Practitioner)
- Strong D365 architecture, integrations, security, and data migration knowledge
- Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management
- Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
