Microsoft Dynamics365 and Power Platform Support Analyst

Overview

In this role you will lead the service delivery for the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate for a large public sector client, handling incidents, requests, and small-to-medium enhancements. You will collaborate with client and internal stakeholders, review and optimize configurations, and drive process improvements across environments. You will work across Dynamics 365, C# plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate, with exposure to related Azure services. This is an opportunity to shape a transitioning service and establish structured, efficient practices within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and service requests for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Process development/enhancement requests and identify improvement opportunities
• Troubleshoot and review existing solutions and configurations
• Collaborate with client, incumbent, and NTT DATA teams across multiple clients
• Work with Dynamics 365 CE, C# plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate; broaden tech exposure
• Manage environment lifecycles (Dev, Test, Training, Pre-Prod, Production) and support BAU
• Suggest and help define structured processes to improve efficiency
• Mentor junior colleagues when appropriate
