Responsibilities
Deliver Microsoft 365 L1/L2 support for our customers Take ownership of tickets and deliver support to SLAs Liaise closely with customers and keep them updated on progress Work closely with our team and other Delivery Centre staff Technologies: Support Microsoft 365 Security Office 365 More: We are Avanade, and we are looking for a support engineer to help unlock the potential of Microsoft 365 and ensure our customers M365 deployments are delivering as expected.
