Microsoft Product & Services Exec - Workspace

Overview

In this role you become the subject matter expert for Microsoft Workspace solutions and help customers adopt these technologies. You will stay current with Microsoft programmes, support sales with tailored demos and training, and collaborate across teams to drive growth and customer success.

You communicate complex topics clearly to internal and external stakeholders and pursue relevant certifications. The position sits in the Microsoft Alliances team, aligning with Softcat’s technology proposition. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with a focus on practical impact and cross-functional collaboration.

• Support sales with tailored solutions, demos, and training aligned to customer needs

• Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities and drive customer success
