Job Title: Mobile Commercial Gas EngineerLocation: Swindon & Surrounding AreasSalary: Circa £50,000 (DOE) + Vehicle + Travel PayAbout the Role:We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team, covering Swindon and the surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified gas engineer to work on a wide range of commercial properties, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of gas systems and appliances. This is a mobile role, with a company vehicle provided, and travel time paid.

You will play a key role in the maintenance and repair, of commercial gas systems across a variety of client sites. Package Includes:

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of commercial gas appliances and plant
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with client schedules
• Carry out gas safety inspections and issue relevant certification
• Complete accurate job reports and documentation using mobile devices
• Liaise with clients and represent the company in a professional manner
• Adhere to health and safety policies at all timesRequirements:
• Proven experience as a commercial gas engineer
• Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (e.G. CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Good knowledge of commercial heating systems, boilers, burners, and associated plant
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload
• Willingness to be part of an on-call rota (if applicable)
