Job Description Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider Kingston & Twickenham KT & TW Postcodes Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based across a retail contract covering Kingston & Twickenham areas.
The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is living in the area.
In return the company are offering a competitive salary of £44,000 + Package, Van & Fuel Card Hours of Work & Package Info Role:Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer Salary: £44,000 per annum Typical Working Hours:Monday to Friday - 08:00amto 5:00pm Travel:Van + Fuel Card provided - Personal use of Vehicle (private Mileage to be paid) Call out rota:Standby call out allowance £105 per week (When on call) Overtime rate:- 1 x Hourly rate Mon 1pm Sat /// Double time from Saturday 1pmonwards Holiday:25 Days Holiday+ Bank Holidays Pension:Statutory pension contribution Key duties & Responsibilities Lighting Small installation Fault-finding Lamping LED Lighting Emergency Light Tests Control Panels Changing Ballast Monitor BMS System Maintain and update Log books Requirements Electrically qualified - NVQ Level 2&3 AM2 JIB /ECS Gold Card City & Guilds - 18th Edition
