This role offers the chance to strengthen your commercial insurance knowledge while progressing within a specialist market. Package & Benefits Salary £32,000£37,000 per annum, depending on experience. Lucrative performance-related bonus linked to individual and team contribution.
Ongoing development within commercial insurance and motor trade insurance specialisms. About the Company You will be joining an established insurance broker operating within specialist motor trade, road risk and commercial insurance markets.
The business provides a collaborative environment focused on client service, technical expertise and supporting professional development. Key Responsibilities Manage motor trade and road risk insurance cases from initial enquiry through to placement.
Assess client requirements, complete detailed fact finds and support accurate risk presentation. Negotiate terms with insurers and help deliver appropriate commercial insurance solutions. Support the retention and growth of a specialist insurance portfolio.
About You Previous experience within an insurance, broking or underwriting environment. Understanding of insurance principles, policy wording and placement processes. Experience within motor trade or commercial insurance is highly advantageous.
