Van Delivery Driver – Crawley People Solutions are currently recruiting for Van Delivery Drivers to join our well-established client based in Crawley . This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, weekly pay, no weekend work, paid training and the opportunity to secure a permanent position with a growing logistics business. £14.00–£15.00 Per Hour | Monday to Friday | No Weekends | Weekly Pay | Performance Bonus | Paid Training | Immediate Starts This position is ideal for applicants who have previously worked as a Delivery Driver , Multi-Drop Driver , Van Driver or Courier Driver .

Shifts Monday to Friday Typically 5–10 hours per day Weekly rota provided in advance No weekend work Rates of Pay £14.00–£15.00 per hour Performance-related bonus scheme Weekly PAYE pay Holiday pay accrued separately Benefits As a Van Delivery Driver, you will receive: Weekly pay Performance-related bonus scheme Monday to Friday working No weekend work Fully paid site induction Three paid training shifts with an experienced driver Ongoing work Opportunity to secure a permanent contract Free on-site parking Excellent motorway links Immediate starts available Day-to-Day Duties As a Van Delivery Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to): Safely loading your vehicle ready for delivery Completing daily vehicle checks Driving safely and efficiently across local delivery routes Delivering goods safely and on time Providing excellent customer service Handling returns and unloading when required Completing delivery paperwork accurately Representing the company professionally at all times Essential Skills To be successful as a Van Delivery Driver, you will need: A valid UK Category B driving licence held for at least one year To be aged 21 or over for vehicle insurance purposes No more than six penalty points for minor offences No IN, DR, DD or CD endorsements Good physical fitness for loading and manual handling duties Excellent communication skills A reliable, punctual and professional approach A strong customer service attitude Desirable Experience Previous experience as a Van Driver, Multi-Drop Delivery Driver or Courier Experience completing deliveries within a fast-paced logistics environment Familiarity with delivery paperwork and vehicle checks Training Provided Fully paid site induction Three paid training shifts alongside an experienced driver Ongoing support from the team Full training on company procedures and delivery processes Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment Apply If you are looking for a reliable Monday to Friday driving role with competitive pay, paid training and the opportunity to secure permanent employment, apply today and a member of the People Solutions Crawley team will be in touch.
