We're proud of our close-knitculture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and pushboundaries together. About therole As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer,you'll play a key role in keeping our production operation runningsafely, efficiently and reliably.

Working as part of ourEngineering team, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenanceacross a range of manufacturing equipment, helping to minimisedowntime and maximise performance. This is a hands-on role where you'll useboth your electrical and mechanical expertise to diagnose faults,solve problems and drive continuous improvement.

You'll workclosely with colleagues across the site, contributing to equipmentreliability, supporting improvement projects and helping to buildengineering capability within the team. No two days are the same. Whether you'reresponding to breakdowns, delivering preventative maintenance orsupporting new engineering initiatives, you'll have the opportunityto make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturingenvironment.

Deliver planned and preventativemaintenance to ensure equipment operates safely,reliably and efficiently across thesite Respond to breakdowns and equipmentfailures by diagnosing faults quickly andimplementing effective solutions to minimisedowntime Support continuous improvementactivities by identifying opportunities to improvereliability, performance and manufacturingefficiency Provide engineering expertise andtechnical support across production areas, sharingknowledge and supporting colleagues whenrequired Support engineering projects and siteimprovements including equipment upgrades, capitalprojects and maintenance planningactivities We'd love to hear fromyou if you canbring: Arecognised engineering qualification such as NVQLevel 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in an engineeringdiscipline Strongelectrical and mechanical maintenance experiencewith proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills in a manufacturingenvironment Knowledgeof industrial systems and equipment includinghydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs and safe workingpractices Aproactive and problem-solving mindset with theability to prioritise workloads and respond effectively in afast-pacedenvironment Strongcommunication and teamwork skills with acollaborative approach and a commitment to continuousimprovement Ourpurpose At KP Snacks, we're passionateabout creating happy snacking moments throughour great tasting snacks and iconic brands.
