Responsibilities
Perform scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsDiagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise disruptionRespond to urgent issues and troubleshoot on-site problemsMaintain and test critical systems including generators, UPS units, and emergency lightingKeep accurate records of all work completedRequired
Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role. Experience in building services or facilities maintenanceAbility to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faultsUnderstanding of Health & Safety proceduresComfortable working independently and as part of a teamRelevant qualifications or certifications in engineering or maintenanceWhat's in it for you?
