Multi Skilled Engineer

Overview

In this role you will join a growing FMCG manufacturing site in Enfield, contributing to planned and preventative maintenance to boost plant reliability and product quality. You’ll work in shift teams supporting production, safety, and hygiene, tackling breakdowns and long-term fixes. Responsibilities

• Carry out daily preventative maintenance to high standards
• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns quickly to maximise plant reliability
• Drive improvements in asset reliability and reduce losses
• Utilise SAP PM for maintenance management
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and standards
• Collaborate with production, safety, and hygiene teams across multiple plants

Key requirements

• Electrical and Mechanical engineering experience
• Fault finding and root cause analysis skills
• Structured engineering training (apprenticeship/HNC/degree)
• Experience in maintenance within FMCG/manufacturing
• Knowledge of H&S standards e.g. PUWER, IOSH
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
