Reporting to the Mechanical Contracts Engineer the successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various planned and reactive maintenance tasks and occasional new minor installation work. The individual will work as part of the FM team, but must demonstrate a sound knowledge of all mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems and demonstrate ability to work on their own initiative.
You will also be required to participate in the companys on call rota and work across contracts when required. Location: Mobile - Covering Midlands with occasional travel outside this area Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday 40 Hours Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
