Job Description Electrical Maintenance EngineerLocation: WellingboroughSalary: £40,000 - £45,000Shift Pattern: DaysWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment based in Wellingborough.

Key Responsibilities
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machineryResponding to electrical breakdowns and fault finding efficientlyWorking on a range of production and automated equipmentSupporting continuous improvement projects to reduce downtimeEnsuring all work is completed in line with health & safety proceduresAssisting with mechanical maintenance when requiredRequirements: Apprentice trained or qualified Electrical EngineerNVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or equivalentPrevious experience within manufacturing, FMCG, packaging or industrial environmentsStrong electrical fault-finding abilitiesExperience with motors, sensors, conveyors, inverters, PLCs or automation equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat's on Offer: Salary between £40,000 - £45,000Day shift pattern offering excellent work-life balanceOvertime opportunitiesTraining and developmentStable and growing businessPension and additional company benefitsThis role would suit a motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge within a busy and supportive engineering team.
