You will undertake a variety of reactive maintenance repairs , planned preventative maintenance , and small project works across our client portfolio. Typical works may include: General building repairs Carpentry and joinery Door and lock repairs Kitchen repairs and installations Minor plumbing works Tiling and decorating Flooring repairs Ceiling and partition repairs Roofing repairs Basic drainage works External building maintenance Insurance reinstatement works Planned refurbishment projects Health & safety compliance works You will work across a wide range of environments, providing an interesting and varied workload whilst representing Dale Building Maintenance Ltd in a professional manner.
