Job Opportunity: Multi-Skilled PlastererLocation: Manchester, UK Duration: Long-Term Temporary Start Date: ASAP Rate: £20 Per Hour - CISWe are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to start immediately, working across the Manchester area.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate, covering fit-out, refurbishment, general maintenance, and repair works. Responsibilities:Undertake plastering works, with a strong focus on damp proofingCarry out first-fix stud wallingComplete basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, groundworks, and other general maintenance tasksInstall kitchens, bathrooms, and associated fittingsWork independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlinesEnsure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulationsRequirements:Previous experience in social housing or customer-facing rolesNVQ or equivalent qualificationValid UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty pointsStrong communication and customer service skillsCompetency in plastering, basic plumbing, tiling, and general maintenanceReliable, punctual, and able to work to a high standardIf you're available to start ASAP and meet the above requirements, we'd love to hear from you.📞 Please call Lucy from Building Careers on (phone number removed)This position may not be for you, but feel free to call for a quick chat so we can help find more suitable work with one of our colleagues.
