We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team in Wembley area
The Role
Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties Carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and general making-good works Diagnosing and completing repairs to a high standard Working to agreed timescales and housing KPIs Completing job sheets and reporting works accurately Providing a professional and respectful service to residents
Requirements
Proven experience as a Multi Trader NVQ Level 2 in a relevant core trade – essential Strong skills across at least two trades Social housing or property maintenance experience Full UK driving licence Good customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload Package: £22 per hour Company van provided Fuel card provided Long-term ongoing work North London patch Monday to Friday...
