Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer | 4 on 4 off Days | £50,000 Southall, London £50,000 + Bonus A leading manufacturer based near Southall is looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team following an internal promotion.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-invested site offering long-term stability, modern production equipment and genuine career progression. Working a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of automated production and packaging machinery, ensuring the site continues to operate efficiently and achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities Electrical and mechanical fault finding Planned preventative maintenance Reactive breakdown repairs Continuous improvement activities Supporting production performance and machine reliability Maintaining health and safety standards across the site You'll be working on equipment including flow wrappers, weighers, tray sealers and cartoners.
