MULTISKILLED TECHNICIAN WITH HGV Key Details £40,000 (£35,000 + £5,000 London Weighting) Tunbridge Wells Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 Overtime paid at 1.5x Monday-Saturday and 2x Sundays and Bank Holidays About The Client We're recruiting on behalf of an established organisation delivering essential environmental, infrastructure and industrial services across the UK.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a practical, hands-on individual who enjoys variety and wants to work across HGV driving, environmental response, groundworks and specialist industrial services. The Benefits £40,000 salary including London Weighting 25 days annual leave including bank holidays Enhanced overtime rates Specialist training Hotels and travel covered when working away Varied, hands-on working environment Scope to develop across specialist operations The Multiskilled Technician With HGV Role You'll combine HGV Class 2 driving with practical site-based duties, working across a variety of environmental and industrial projects.

Your responsibilities will include

Operating HGV/Class 2 company vehicles and tankers High-pressure water jetting and spill clean-ups Groundworks, remedial works and tank uplifts Tank and interceptor installation, servicing and inspections Spill response and industrial cleaning Supporting emergency response operations Completing vehicle and Tacho checks Working away when required Undertaking training to National Grid and rail standards Multiskilled Technician With HGV Essential Skills HGV Class 2 licence Experience within a hands-on, multi-skilled trade environment Understanding of RAMS documentation Knowledge of Tacho and vehicle checks, or willingness to undertake training Flexible approach towards overtime and call-outs Comfortable working away when required ADR would be beneficial but isn't essential Plant operation experience would be advantageous This role could be particularly relevant to service leavers and veterans with transferable experience across transport, engineering, plant, logistics, field operations or other practical environments.
