You'll be working on a national-level programme supporting an ongoing digital transformation project. What You'll Do Build and maintain robust APIs and web applications using.NETandReact Collaborate with cross-functional teams to delivermodern, Azure-hosted solutions Develop clean, testable, and maintainable code across the full stack Integrate with complex healthcare data systems and APIs Support continuous improvement across architecture, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines Participate in design reviews and mentoring within an agile delivery team What You'll Bring SolidC#/.NET Coreexperience in production systems Proficiency withReactandTypeScript Strong experience withMicrosoft Azure(App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, etc.) Exposure to healthcare, NHS, or data integration environments Understanding ofRESTful APIs,microservices, andunit testing Experience withGit,Azure DevOps Pipelines, andagile delivery practices Strong problem-solving and communication skills Nice-to-Have Knowledge ofHL7/FHIRor other healthcare data standards Experience withserverless architecturesorcontainerisation (Docker, AKS, etc.) Familiarity withTerraformor other IaC tooling Interest in improving public sector tech capability
