Job Description New Car Sales ExecutiveRomford (RM3)£26,000 pa, OTE £52,000 pa + Company CarJoin Our Team at Renault Retail Group RomfordWe're looking for an experienced New Car Sales Executive to join our welcoming, customer-focused team at Renault Romford, located on the Southend Arterial Road in Harold Wood (RM3).You'll be joining a high-performing dealership with strong enquiry levels and a broad Renault and Dacia product range.

What You'll DoEngage with customers in the showroom and understand their needsPresent new Renault and Dacia vehicles, including electric and hybrid modelsArrange and conduct customer test drivesIntroduce finance and insurance products in a clear, FCA-compliant wayUse Keyloop Showroom / EnquiryMax to manage enquiries, update CRM records, prepare quotations, create sales orders, process part-exchanges, and schedule handoversMaintain accurate follow-up actions through Keyloop's integrated tools to support timely customer communicationUse CitNOW to record and share personalised vehicle videos, provide live walk-arounds, and communicate through its two-way messaging featuresManage customer engagement and lead responses through Keyloop's digital lead management tools, ensuring enquiries are responded to promptlySupport customers from first enquiry through to final handover with a helpful, organised, and professional approachWhat We're Looking ForRecent experience in motor retail sales, ideally within a main dealerA clear communicator with a calm, helpful, and professional mannerComfortable working with transparent and achievable sales targetsOrganised and customer-focused, with confidence when presenting vehicles, finance options, and additional productsAble to work confidently with digital systems, including CDK Drive, Keyloop Showroom / EnquiryMax and CitNOW, or transferable dealership software experienceExperience presenting finance and product options in line with FCA expectations, including structured discussions around vehicle price, part-exchange valuations, customer budgets, and product choicesDriving Licence RequirementA full UK driving licence is essential for conducting customer test drives and for eligibility for the company car scheme.
Both manual and automatic-only licences can be considered. Hours & PayThis role operates on a 2-week rota alternating between 5 and 6 working days. Working hours are 8:30am-6:00pm on weekdays, 8:30am-5:00pm on Saturdays, and the alternate Sundays are 10:00am-4:00pm.
The weekday and Saturday shifts include a 1-hour break. The role offers a basic salary of £26,000 pa plus uncapped commission, with OTE of £52,000 pa that is achievable and regularly reached. Our top earners are making significantly more, and a company car is provided.
