the role
Drafting Wills and lasting powers of attorney. Handling estate administration, probate work, and inheritance tax considerations. Managing trust creation and administration. Working on elderly client matters and Court of Protection issues.
Advising families, individuals, and business owners on succession planning. Assisting with business development and maintaining strong client relationships. Enjoying a varied and interesting caseload with autonomy from day one, supported by experienced colleagues. Required Skills
