This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Shift Pattern- 40 hours per week (5 days over 7) - Night shifts between 10:00pm 6:00am -Monday night to Saturday morning - Part-time and full-time options availableYour Role- Mixing, shaping, and baking traditional & continental breads - Working confidently with sourdough (starter & fermentation control) - Supporting daily production for retail & wholesale orders - Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene - Working efficiently within a production teamWhat Were Looking For- Proven experience as a bread baker - Strong hands-on sourdough knowledge - Ability to manage production volumes with consistency - Reliable, flexible, and team-focused - Passion for quality bakingWhats On Offer- Ongoing temporary role - Opportunity for permanent position - Work within a professional bakery environment - Supportive and friendly team - Exposure to both retail and wholesale productionINTERESTED?
