Night Concierge

2 X Night Concierge Location: London Salary: £34,000 per annum Hours: 7:00pm – 7:00am | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off We are currently recruiting for two professional and customer-focused Night Concierge to join a luxury residential development in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Concierge, Front of House professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards within a residential environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional front of house service to residents and visitor
• Manage resident enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor access control and maintain building security.
• Receive and distribute parcels and deliveries.
• Coordinate contractor and visitor access.
• Carry out routine inspections of communal areas and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records, logs and handover notes.
• Work closely with the building management team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the development.

Requirements

• Previous experience within a Concierge, Front of House, Reception or Hospitality role.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work on your own initiative.
• Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
