The company have been operating for over a century, carrying out a range of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare and education, up to 5m in value. The business have a lot of work ongoing and in the pipeline and are looking to bring in a Site Manager to join their Special Works Division as soon as possible.A lot of their projects are college and school refurbishments in occupied buildings so they are looking for someone comfortable and familiar doing this.
The ideal Site Manager will have experience working on education refurbishment projects, on projects up to 1m in value. Additionally, a carpentry background is preferable.
