We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator / Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery team in Tewkesbury . Whether you're an experienced practitioner or have recently gained your qualification, we'd love to hear from you.
Working within a supportive and nurturing environment, you'll play a key role in providing outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5 years, helping them develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. Your Responsibilities Supporting Children's Learning Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Encourage learning through play and exploration Support children's social, emotional, and physical development Building Positive Relationships Act as a key person for a group of children Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers Observe and record children's progress and achievements Providing Outstanding Care Maintain high standards of safeguarding and wellbeing Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Follow nursery policies and procedures at all times Working as Part of a Team Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional childcare Attend training and staff meetings Contribute ideas to help enhance the nursery environment What We're Looking For Level 3 Early Years Qualification (CACHE, NVQ, Diploma, or equivalent) A genuine passion for working with children Knowledge of the EYFS framework Strong communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one Newly qualified candidates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive salary Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities Ongoing training and professional development Suppor...
