Thereareplentyofwaystoprogressandareofferedfantastictrainingandsupport Dutieswillinclude: Tocontributetoaprogrammeofactivitiessuitabletotheagerangeofchildreninyourarea,inconjunctionwithotherstaff.
Supportallstaffandengageinagoodstaffteam. Liaisewithandsupportparentsandotherfamilymembers. Toattendoutofworkinghoursactivities,e.g.training,monthlystaffmeetings,parent'sevenings,summerfayre,Christmasparty,etc. TobeflexiblewithinworkingpracticesofNursery.
Bepreparedtohelpwhereneeded,includingtoundertakecertaindomesticjobswithintheNursery,e.g.preparationofsnackmeals,cleansingofequipment,etc. Workalongsidethemanagerandstaffteamtoensurethatthephilosophybehindtheprojectisfulfilled. Recordingaccidentsintheaccidentbook.
