CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant Required Location: Near Croughton, Northamptonshire Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday Start Date: January 2027 Salary: Competitive Rates of Pay CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant Wanted APT Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming village Primary School near Croughton from January 2027.

The role is full-time and offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference to children's educational development on a daily basis.

The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning across the primary age range. Responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils in lessons and small group activities Assisting with the delivery of engaging learning experiences Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement Working with individual pupils who may require additional support Helping to prepare learning resources and classroom activities Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 as required Requirements To be considered for this role, applicants must have: CACHE Level 3 Qualification (or equivalent recognised Teaching Assistant qualification) Previous experience working within a Primary School setting A passion for supporting children's learning and development Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, patient and proactive approach The ability to work effectively as part of a team An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Due to the village location of the school, access to a vehicle would be highly desirable.
