Job Description Nursing Community Manager (RGN/RMN)- Care HomeLocation: Brackley, Northamptonshire, NN13 6JZHours: 42 hours per week (mix of supernumerary and shift work)Pay : 23.94 per hourAbout the RoleCombine clinical expertise with team leadership to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
Working alongside the senior management and multidisciplinary teams, you will lead nurses and carers to champion dignity, independence, and resident wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight: Manage day-to-day clinical care, ensuring accurate care planning, safe medication administration, and full regulatory compliance. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop care staff to drive best practices and continuous quality improvement.
Person-Centred Care: Foster a compassionate environment that directly improves resident outcomes every day. About YouCredentials: Active NMC registration and up-to-date revalidation. Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or social care setting, with proven leadership experience.
