Responsibilities As an Occupational Hygienist,
you will
Lead and manage occupational hygiene projects. Conduct workplace exposure assessments, including dust, fumes, vapours, noise, and LEV evaluations. Design and implement exposure monitoring programmes at client sites. Produce high-quality technical reports with actionable recommendations.
Interpret monitoring results and advise clients on control measures and compliance strategies. Support health surveillance recommendations based on monitoring outcomes. Act as a technical point of contact for clients. Mentor and support junior team members.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and reporting standards. Qualifications
Essential
Current or previous field-based experience as an Occupational Hygienist. Strong technical knowledge of workplace exposure assessment. Proven ability to produce professional technical reports. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
Desirable
BOHS qualifications (W modules, CertOH, DipOH, or working towards). Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues. Exposure to multiple industry sectors.
