What You'll Do Champion a customer-first culture Lead and support a high-performing export team Oversee bookings, documentation, and carrier coordination Resolve escalations and drive service excellence Collaborate with sales and account teams to support client growth Improve processes and enhance customer experience What You Bring Ocean freight expertise (FCL, LCL, global trade) Proven leadership and team management skills Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Commercial awareness and strategic thinking Experience with freight systems (CargoWise preferred) Why Metro?
