Office Cleaning Operative

Working hours The cleaning can be completed during one of the following time slots, to be agreed in advance: Early morning: 5:00 am–7:00 am Early morning: 5:30 am–7:30 am Evening: 5:30 pm–7:30 pm Evening: 6:00 pm-8:00 pm No weekend work is required.

What we offer £14 per hour Regular Monday-to-Friday hours Weekends off Paid holiday entitlement Workplace pension, subject to eligibility Uniform Training and ongoing support A supportive small-business working environment Cleaning desks, chairs and office surfaces Emptying rubbish and recycling bins Cleaning and sanitising kitchens and staff facilities Loading and emptying the dishwasher Cleaning toilets and replenishing consumables Cleaning meeting rooms, corridors and communal areas Vacuuming and mopping floors High- and low-level dusting Cleaning entrance doors, glass and touchpoints Reporting maintenance issues, damage or low stock Following colour-coding, COSHH, health and safety and lone-working procedures Other general cleaning duties At least one year of cleaning experience.

Office-cleaning experience is preferred, although applicants with housekeeping experience will also be considered and training will be provided Reliable, punctual and able to work independently Good attention to detail Able to understand cleaning and safety instructions Two professional references from previous employers, supervisors or business clients; references from family members or friends cannot be accepted Must live near the site or have reliable personal transport due to the working hours Must have the right to work in the UK Able to communicate effectively in English Employed Benefits 28 Days Pro Rata Holiday Pension Scheme, if applicable
