Ofsted Registered Manager

We're Hiring – Ofsted Registered Manager Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum + Performance-Related Bonus Location: Teesside We are working in partnership with a provider who is developing a portfolio of solo registered children's residential homes across Teesside and is looking to recruit an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to join their growing organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to become involved from the early stages of the Ofsted registration and development process, working alongside an experienced senior leadership team with a strong background in children's services.

We are looking for an ambitious and passionate individual who wants to play a key role in shaping new services, building strong staff teams and delivering high-quality, child-centred care for young people with complex needs.

What we're looking for

An experienced Ofsted Registered Manager within children's residential care. A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and regulatory requirements. Experience supporting children and young people with complex needs.
