On site manager - Anwick At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an On site manager to work with a leading food production company in Anwick. You will lead operations, managing a team of 11 coordinators and recruiters while supporting a workforce of over 350 production operatives.

Your focus will be on recruitment, workforce planning, compliance, payroll accuracy, and employee engagement to ensure excellent service delivery. Shift patterns:

• 09:00 - 17:00 | Mon - Fri | Fixed Pay rates:
• 16.82 GBP hourly Essential requirements for On site manager:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Strong industrial recruitment background
• Proven ability to manage and develop a large team
• Good understanding of UK right to work legislation and worker rights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the local jobs market
