• Speaking with customers and handling enquires
• Following up after engineer visits
• Preparing and sending quotes
• Scheduling bookings and coordinating logistics
• General operational and administrative support Candidate Requirements
• At least 1 years of customer service experience
• At least 1 years of administrative experience
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good computer literacy
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn Company
