As a Part Time Sales Assistant/Warehouse Operative based in Aviemore, youll be responsible for: Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing advice and product recommendationsResponding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitudeEnsuring that all incoming deliveries comply with the delivery paperwork, handle discrepancies appropriately and put stock away in the warehousePicking and packing items to fulfil customer requirements which will involve manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, sinks, radiators, and toiletsOn occasion driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to local customersThis is a Part Time permanent position working 20 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 08.00am - 1.00pmAnd heres what wed like you to have: A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essentialPlumbing & Heating knowledge is idealPrevious Face to Face sales and customer service experienceWarehouse experienceThe ability to deliver outstanding customer serviceTo be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branchEagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethicTo be comfortable lifting heavy itemsWe look forward to receiving your application!#ACHS150TPBN1_UKTJ
