Operations Coordinator

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Bodhi Solutions are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of our construction, fit-out and refurbishment projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors to coordinate resources, maintain accurate project records and help ensure works run smoothly. The successful candidate will:

• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across multiple projects.
• Maintain project trackers, progress reports, resource schedules and documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, site arrangements and project meetings.
• Assist with procurement tracking, outstanding actions and project deadlines.
• Support health and safety documentation, quality records and project handovers.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and the Facilities Management department.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, construction administration or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

A proactive approach to following up actions and escalating issues. Experience in construction fit-out, refurbishment or new-build projects would be advantageous. Familiarity with construction document control or project management systems would also be beneficial
