Operating across planned maintenance, responsive repairs, voids, minor works and retrofit programmes, the business has developed an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality services to housing associations, local authorities and other public sector clients.
With an established client base, a strong pipeline of secured work and ambitious plans for continued growth, the company is looking to appoint an experienced Operations Director to play a key role in the next stage of its development.

Operations Director – The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Operations Director will take overall responsibility for the operational performance and successful delivery of the company's social housing maintenance and refurbishment contracts.
This is a senior leadership appointment requiring an experienced construction professional who combines strong operational knowledge with commercial awareness, strategic thinking and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple contracts and operational teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Managing Director and wider leadership team, you will also play an important role in business planning, client relationship management, operational improvements and the continued growth of the company.
